Each license has access to our complete library of 1,000+ guides to non-fiction books, plus daily All-Perspective articles on key events and news. We add 40+ new books per month.
Content also includes audio narrations, PDF downloads, interactive exercises, community discussions, and notes and highlights.
How much does a license cost?
A Teams plan for 2-25 people starts at $498/year. This plan comes with content alignment, learning paths, and usage reporting.
An Enterprise plan supports unlimited users and comes with a dedicated Learning Consultant, LMS integration, and custom content requests.
Both plans feature our No-Regret Pricing model, where you pay only for how much your team uses.

How do you calculate pricing in the first year?
Our flexible pricing model charges based on how much your team actually uses. Your first year starts priced at a fraction of your team, but we give access to your entire team.
We work with you to estimate the percentage of people we believe will use Shortform. Though we can't predict this accurately, we have data on average adoption rate for teams of similar sizes and industries.
For future years, we price renewals based on actual usage. The result: you pay based on Shortform's value, with no overcommitment and no regrets.
Do Shortform Pro accounts auto-renew?
The short answer is "No." We work hard to develop a partnership that provides value for your team each year you renew. We hold ourselves accountable for delivering a valuable service, without trapping you into a long-term contract.
